General term
- These packages are for Residential Clients only i.e. Business Clients must sign up for business packages.
Comtel Installation:
- The installation fee includes the pole; bracket; 30m of cable; network point & labour to install and setup the WIFI and internet. If your installation requires additional cabling, a site survey will be done, after which you will receive a quote to proceed.
- If your installation requires additional cabling or equipment, a site survey is done, after which you will need to sign a quote to proceed.
- Installation full turnaround time (from signed order) is about 3 to 5 days to go live.
Comtel Internet:
- We provide Pure Uncapped, Unshaped and Unthrottled internet.
- There are no usage thresholds so you can use as much data as you like, whenever you like.
Activation and Reactivation fees:
- Activation fees are charged as per the contract.
- Reactivation fees are charged as per the contract.
What happens if I cancel with Comtel?
- Free-to-use Wireless Dish & WIFI Router
- Comtel will either collect the Dish & Router or you may pay the retail value (as per your contract).
- Note there is a R650 charge for Comtel to collect
- Subsidised Install / Connection Fees (up to R4995)
- Comtel subsidises the Wireless Installation as per your contract.
- Cancellation Fee
- If you cancel within 12 months, you will be liable for any
installation and/or connection fees that Comtel subsidised when you
ordered (as per your contract). - Please refer to your original invoice to see how much you were subsidised, and therefore how much you will be billed.
